You should contact the Company Conduct Line if:
- You believe that compliance and/or ethics issues are not being resolved despite your report(s) to your supervisor, manager, and/or human resources.
- You don't feel comfortable reporting your concerns to your supervisor, manager or human resources.
- You need assistance on compliance and ethics issues.
- You wish to remain anonymous in submitting a report.
You should report anything you think is a potential violation of the laws, regulations, professional standards, policy, or the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. The following are examples of potential violations:
- Unlawful discrimination
- Harassment
- Workplace violence
- Wage & Hour violations
- Substance abuse
- Conflicts of interest
- Falsification of documents
- Inappropriate gifts and entertainment
- Insider trading or other securities law violations
- Confidentiality breaches
- Misuse of Company resources
- Theft and vandalism
- Bribes and kickbacks
- Customer relations problems
- Other potential violations of policies
- Even if your concern is not on this list, you should still make a report through the Company Compliance Line.
