It's a thrilling time to be a part of the Academy Sports + Outdoors team because we have the opportunity every day to positively impact the long-term success of our company. You are critical to achieving our goal to become the first national, regionally relevant, locally merchandised sports, outdoor and lifestyle retailer.

OUR CODE: PLAY BY THE RULES

The Academy Sports + Outdoors philosophy has always been to play hard, play fair, and play to win. We believe that the key to our success is combining the entrepreneurial spirit upon which our company was built with a culture centered on making good decisions and doing the right thing.

One of your most important responsibilities as an Academy Team Member is to report any concerns that you may have about a possible violation of Academy's policies, procedures, or the law. You can report any suspected violation to your manager, Human Resources, General Counsel, Loss Prevention, or to the Aware Line. You will not be subject to reprisals, retribution or any career disadvantage for reports made in good faith.

In situations where you prefer, and are permitted by law, to report a concern anonymously, we encourage you to use the Aware Line. The Aware Line, both phone and online, is operated by a third-party provider, NAVEX. All reports, whether you reveal your identity or remain anonymous, will be kept confidential to the extent reasonably possible and permissible under applicable laws.
