The American Express Global Business Travel Ethics Helpline, hosted by NAVEX, offers employees, customers and business partners an additional opportunity, without fear of retaliation, to seek assistance or to report concerns or incidents regarding ethical or compliance matters; health, safety and security issues; policy violations; questionable conduct or other suspected impropriety. Reporters can choose to provide the information on a totally confidential or anonymous basis. Once submitted, all concerns and questions are forwarded for review and investigation to specially trained individuals within GBT who will promptly investigate and respond to the report.
