To Make a Report

You may use either of the following methods to submit a report:

Toyota Industries North America is a separate company from Toyota Motor Corporation; if your concern involves Toyota Motor Corporation, please submit your report through their official website to ensure your concern is directed to the correct organization.

Our Commitment

As members of the Toyota Industries Corporation Group, we are expected to uphold high standards of integrity and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To support this commitment, management has established a Code of Conduct, developed in cooperation with Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), which defines the ethical standards expected of all employees.

We promote a workplace where open and responsible communication is expected and supported. Employees are encouraged to report concerns or potential violations in good faith, with the understanding that retaliation is strictly prohibited and addressed in accordance with company policy.

If you prefer to raise a concern confidentially or anonymously, you may use the Helpline. The Helpline is administered by NAVEX, an independent third-party provider, to support a secure and confidential reporting process.

This process is designed to help identify concerns, ensure they are reviewed appropriately and support timely resolution when issues arise.

The Helpline is a confidential and secure resource for all Toyota Industries, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners, it allows you to raise concerns, report potential issues, or seek guidance. You may choose to submit a report anonymously, and your information will always be handled with care and respect.
Maintaining Trust in the Workplace
Reports submitted through the Helpline are treated as confidential and managed in accordance with all applicable laws. The Helpline is administered by NAVEX, and independent third-party provider, using secure systems that operate separately from Toyota Industries networks.
Ensuring Fair and Respectful Review
Once a concern is raised, it is assessed by the North America Ethics and Compliance team and assigned to the appropriate investigation team. The team will assess the information, request clarification if needed, and gather facts discreetly. All concerns are evaluated professionally, impartially and with respect to individuals involved.
Driving Continuous Improvement
When an investigation is completed, Toyota Industries will take appropriate action based on the findings. This may include improvements to processes, policies, or training, corrective measures, or disciplinary action where necessary. When appropriate, you will be informed that your concern has been addressed.
