Papa Johns International, Inc. is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our written standards and policies contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

THE ETHICS HELPLINE

This Helpline is hosted by EthicsPoint to provide us with methods to hear your concerns or a report of misconduct. This line is open not only to Papa Johns team members who may have employee relations or safety and security concerns, but to any party with knowledge of an ethics or compliance issue at Papa Johns.

HOW TO FILE A REPORT

The information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. We assure you that your comments will be heard.

HOW TO FOLLOW UP ON A REPORT

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions with the "Follow up on Report" link above.

NON-RETALIATION

We prohibit unlawful retaliation against anyone for raising a concern in good faith or cooperating with an investigation. If you are a Papa Johns team member, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you are not comfortable, you are encouraged to use this Helpline.
