INC Research is committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in the conduct of our business. Open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of laws, policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to report via an external mechanism, you are encouraged to use this hotline or web reporting form, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint.
You can provide information anonymously if you prefer, and if your local laws so permit. Accordingly, please provide your name and contact details if you are willing to do so. This will allow us to contact you if further information is needed and you will be notified of the outcome of any investigation. In all instances, every effort will be made to ensure that information, including your identity, relating to a reported violation is kept confidential and communicated on a need-to-know basis only. In some instances, however, this may not be possible because of the demands of conducting a thorough investigation or because of certain legal requirements. Reports will be promptly investigated and corrective action will be instituted if and as deemed appropriate.
For individuals in the European Union, Switzerland, and Turkey, the form can only be used for reporting violations specifically related to accounting, auditing, banking, bribery, internal controls or financial issues. If your concern pertains to other types of non-compliance issues, you are encouraged to report them to local resources including managers, employee representatives or Human Resources.
INC Research prohibits retaliation of any kind against anyone who in good faith reports a concern.
