After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 9-10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

In case you decide to file a confidential report, the Organization promotes the use of a dedicated hotline, hosted by an independent third party provider named Ethics Point. Through this tool anyone can submit reports, as well as get specialized guidance related to the Organization´s ethics policies and procedures.

The Organization has chosen EthicsPoint to provide the service for anonymous and confidential reporting through a 24 hour a day and 7 days a week hotline that guarantees receiving and processing your comments, so they can be addressed by the Organization. We appreciate your support and cooperation in helping keep us ethical from top to bottom.

Avianca Holdings S.A. has contracted with Navex Global Inc, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, USA, the administration of a dedicated hotline established by Avianca Holdings S.A and its integrated companies, for its collaborators , including employees and related third parties , suppliers, shareholders, travelers, customers, users and the general public, to submit its complaints or inquiries regarding the application or violation of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct, the Anti-Corruption Policy and other corporate policies adopted by the Organization. Navex Global Inc. has arranged a website and several telephone lines for the operation of the hotline.

As in respect of compliance with legal rules of data protection and privacy of personal data collected through the hotline, Navex Global Inc. is Acting Responsible and Avianca Holdings SA and its integrated companies, each individually considered are Responsible. Avianca Holdings S.A. will not make directly the treatment of the personal data collected. The treatment will be made by any of the integrated companies which are responsible to carry out, the investigation of any allegations, and answering inquiries as well as the taking of administrative or legal actions. Treatment will be carried out in accordance with the privacy policy, available in the section "Policies "at this Portal.
