After you
complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your
report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6
business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Please speak up right away if you ever have a concern about conduct that you believe does not align with our Code of Conduct & Ethics or legal requirements. We also encourage you to share experiences that show integrity deserving recognition.
You can submit a report through our Integrity Line, which is hosted by EthicsPoint, an independent third party. You do not have to be an Intuit employee to use it. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. You can choose to identify yourself and let us know how to reach you for additional information, or you can remain anonymous. It's up to you.
