Our Commitment

NSF lnternational (along with its affiliates, “NSF”) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

NSF is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous report regarding a suspected ethical violation, you are encouraged to use this hotline, which is hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on an anonymous basis if you should choose. In the cases where it is required by law to submit a complaint on a non-anonymous basis, you will be notified prior to any submission.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
