Our Commitment

NSF International is committed to creating a culture of open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor when you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

However, we recognize that you may prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence. In these situations, we encourage you to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to Human Resources by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis. You have our commitment that your comments will be heard and investigated.

Providing a pathway for confidential, anonymous reports is one way we respect and care for each other, which is one of our seven core values:

  1. We demand the highest ethics and integrity from our professionals.
  2. We operate using sound scientific principles.
  3. We respect and care for each other.
  4. We promote personal and professional growth.
  5. We foster innovation and creativity.
  6. We demonstrate social and environmental responsibility.
  7. We are committed to winning and being the best.

Following these core values is essential to our work in furthering our public health mission.
