Expedia believes every employee shares in the responsibility for promoting a positive workplace by acting with integrity in the everyday decisions we make (even when no one is watching).

An Ethical and Transparent Workplace Begins With You

We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. You deserve to work in a positive and productive environment, but maintaining an ethical and transparent workplace requires that each of us makes a commitment to upholding our values and policies, and to comply with the law and protect our reputation. That means making Integrity @Expedia a priority in everything we do.

Why should I get involved?

Unethical, illegal or unsafe activity can result in serious consequences including fines or lawsuits against our organization that could hurt our performance and our reputation, which ultimately hurts our employees. We are proud of the reputation we’ve built and count on our employees to do their part to protect it. You can support our culture of transparency by communicating openly and honestly about suspected or actual violations of the law or our policies.

Where do these reports go? Who can access them?
