To Report a Concern Online

If you see or suspect unethical or illegal behavior, you may report your concerns by contacting EthicsPoint.

For customer serviced related concerns please contact the customer service team by using the Expedia app or by going to expedia.com/helpcenter.

EthicsPoint is an independent reporting service operationed by NAVEX and located in the United States that provides hotline services to organizations around the world, toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon receipt of the report, EthicsPoint will forward the information to the most appropriate person within your organization for review and follow-up.

Reports made to EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly. Retaliation of any kind violates our company’s principles and will not be tolerated.
