Speak Up. Make Your Voice Heard.

The Integrity Helpline provides safe, confidential and anonymous communications to the Ethics Office and Investigations Office.

The PAHO Integrity Helpline is managed by NAVEX, an external company that assures complete anonymity for any individual who submits a question or report, unless you choose to disclose your identity.

Reporting Questions, Concerns, or Allegations

Speak up and ask questions or report ethical concerns to protect yourself, your work colleagues, people in the communities served by PAHO and the Organization itself.

You have the choice to submit questions and concerns to the Ethics Office, or report suspected misconduct to the Investigations Office.

Questions regarding conflicts of interest, outside employment, acceptance of gifts, or any other ethical issue or concern, should be submitted to the Ethics Office.

Incidents that may involve possible misconduct, such as fraud, theft, corruption, harassment, and sexual misconduct should be submitted to the Investigations Office.

Easy to Use

The reporting forms are simple to use and take only a few minutes to complete.

Anonymity Guaranteed

If you choose to remain anonymous, no one will ever know your identity.

Protection From Retaliation

You will be protected from retaliation for reporting a good faith concern or allegation of misconduct.
