File a Report

Reporting tips:

We are glad you decided to send us your concern of misconduct. Before submitting your report, please read this short guidance so we can perform the most thorough investigation possible.

  1. Provide as many specific details as you can - names of witnesses, actual quotes of what a person said, be as descriptive as possible.
  2. Avoid making general vague allegations like - “creates a hostile work environment”, “makes inappropriate comments”, “they are a poor leader”, “they bully people”.
    1. Give specific examples of how a person’s behavior is violating the Code of Conduct.
  3. Take your time and give us all the information you have - the more details you give us directly affects our ability to thoroughly investigate the matter.

Expectations of reporters:

  1. You are expected to participate in the investigation even if you are anonymous. The software allows us to communicate with you confidentially.
  2. You are expected to be truthful.
  3. You are expected to only discuss or share information related to the investigation with the investigation team. No one else.
