File a Report
Reporting tips:
We are glad you decided to send us your concern of misconduct. Before submitting your report, please read this short guidance so we can perform the most thorough investigation possible.
- Provide as many specific details as you can - names of witnesses, actual quotes of what a person said, be as descriptive as possible.
- Avoid making general vague allegations like - “creates a hostile work environment”, “makes inappropriate comments”, “they are a poor leader”, “they bully people”.
- Give specific examples of how a person’s behavior is violating the Code of Conduct.
- Take your time and give us all the information you have - the more details you give us directly affects our ability to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Expectations of reporters:
- You are expected to participate in the investigation even if you are anonymous. The software allows us to communicate with you confidentially.
- You are expected to be truthful.
- You are expected to only discuss or share information related to the investigation with the investigation team. No one else.
