Our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct provides company executive officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, consultants, contract labor, and others that represent or act on the behalf of the company, with policies that govern all of our business endeavors and guide our ethical decision making.

This Code of Business Ethics and Conduct is also an extension of our core values - Graciousness, Responsiveness, Integrity, Transparency, and Teamwork (GRITT). Our values are built on the principles of fair dealings, ethical conduct, and legal compliance. These values were designed to guide and direct all company employees and representatives to:

  1. Act in accordance with sound moral character and honesty
  2. Adhere to ethical principles
  3. Conduct themselves responsibly

As a member of the Comprehensive Health Services team, it is important that you understand and follow this Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, comply with all applicable laws, and refrain from business situations that would jeopardize our integrity.

The information that you confidentially report on this hotline will be sent to us by EthicsPoint. Comprehensive Health Services is committed to addressing your comments. You may elect to remain anonymous throughout the investigation process.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
