We are all responsible for upholding our Code of Conduct.
Unethical, illegal, and inappropriate conduct breaks the trust we’ve built with our customers and each other, and it can cause serious harm to business. To maintain that trust, we ask that you make a report whenever you see something that doesn't feel right. If you prefer, you can choose to report anonymously. If you report anonymously, please remember to follow-up on this platform in case clarifying information is needed.
EthicsPoint is a confidential channel through which you can raise the following kinds of concerns: Financial, Business Integrity, Workplace Concerns, Security or any other concerns about possible wrongdoing.
EthicsPoint is administered by an independent company (NAVEX) and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Once you submit a concern, you will receive a report key and password that you can use to follow up on your submission. Once a submission has been completed, an electronic summary is sent to a case manager within Twilio’s Ethics and Compliance team for review.
All EthicsPoint reports are hosted on NAVEX’s secure servers and not part of any Twilio website or intranet.
At Twilio, we encourage speaking up through the channel you are most comfortable with, such as your manager, another member of management or our executive team, Legal, your HR Business Partner, or any member of the Ethics and Compliance team.
At Twilio, we build on a foundation of trust. That trust can break when someone feels they can’t speak up. We have a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation, and we consider retaliation to be a form of misconduct. Our commitment to non-retaliation is explained in our Code Of Conduct.
