Both the website and toll-free number allow you to communicate with us confidentially and anonymously if desired.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Reports submitted via the website or toll-free number will be handled promptly and discreetly, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. If you provide your contact information, your identity will be protected to the extent allowed by law and to the extent that it does not hinder our abilities to fully evaluate the situation. Please provide as much detail as possible to allow us to thoroughly investigate your concern. The outcome of the investigation may be limited with respect to action(s) taken if the individual submitting the report wishes to remain anonymous and provides limited information.
RETALIATION IS NOT PERMITTED
The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County and each of its divisions, which includes, Eskenazi Health, Marion County Public Health Department, and Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services expects any issue or practice believed in good faith to be in violation of any policy, Code of Conduct/Ethics or Standards of Behavior, regulatory requirement or law be reported. We seek to maintain an atmosphere of open discussion so issues can be identified and quickly addressed. Retaliation of any kind is taken seriously and is not permitted. Any retaliatory action against anyone for good faith reporting of an issue or concern will be subject to disciplinary action.
