What is EthicsPoint?
H-E-B is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and accountability. EthicsPoint is a confidential way for you to report your concerns about Ethics and Compliance. EthicsPoint is administered by a third-party company called NAVEX and is available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
Will my report be secure and confidential?
This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint’s secure servers and is not part of H-E-B website or intranet. If you request to remain anonymous when making a report, we will respect your request. We will also treat your report confidentially to the extent possible.
Who else can I speak to?
H-E-B encourages you to speak up in whatever way is most comfortable to you such as directly to your Supervisor, Manager, Human Resources or other appropriate personnel. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, you may reach out to the H-E-B Compliance Office at (210) 938-4883 or email CorporateCompliance@heb.com.
What is H-E-B‘s position on retaliation?
H-E-B strictly prohibits any conduct that constitutes harassment, discrimination or retaliation. Also, unprofessional conduct, which may not rise to such a level, is also prohibited. H-E-B will take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment even upon the first offense against any Partner who exhibits or engages in this type of behavior.
What happens after I reach out to EthicsPoint?
Your web-based report or your call will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party host for H-E-B‘s Compliance & Ethics Helpline. The information you provide will be forwarded to the appropriate Partners for review and investigation at H-E-B. All reports submitted will be taken very seriously by H-E-B.
EthicsPoint is not a 911 or emergency service.
