HonorHealth’s Compliance Line Service

HonorHealth is committed to conducting its business with integrity and in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. HonorHealth’s Compliance Program is a reflection of the Mission and Core Values of our organization. We believe our organizational integrity is a critical element of our accountability to our community and ourselves. As an employee, physician, volunteer or business partner of HonorHealth, you have an obligation to report suspected or known violations of law, our policies, or our Code of Conduct. To be effective in carrying out our Mission, HonorHealth has established the Compliance Line. The Compliance Line is a telephonic and web-based reporting system that provides a way to report instances of suspected violation of law, policy or ethical obligations outlined in our Code of Conduct including reporting fraud, waste and abuse.

HonorHealth has an "open door policy" that encourages employees, physicians, volunteers and business partners to ask questions or express concerns about suspected violations of federal, state and local law as well as our Code of Conduct. Employees, physicians, volunteers and business partners are encouraged to contact their immediate supervisor, manager, their designated compliance officer or HonorHealth’s Chief Audit & Compliance Officer regarding any question or suspected violation of legal or regulatory requirements. To use the Compliance Line service, please call or you may submit an online report by clicking on the “Make a Report” button to the left. The Compliance Line is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is managed by an outside company. This will ensure that all information received through the Compliance Line will be confidential. You may even submit an anonymous call or report meaning you don’t have to disclose your identity if you choose not to. HonorHealth maintains a strict non-retaliation policy which means anyone reporting a concern in good faith will not be retaliated against. HonorHealth’s Audit & Compliance Services Department appropriately reviews and investigates all reported concerns.

Compliance is the responsibility of every member of the HonorHealth community and its business partners. We expect everyone's actions to reflect the ethical standards set forth in our Code of Conduct. By doing so, you can help to maintain our reputation as a leader in the health care industry and a model of integrity and compliance.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
