If you suspect a possible violation of PepsiCo’s Global Code of Conduct, you should Speak Up and report it!

At PepsiCo, our Speak Up hotline provides employees, as well as consumers, business partners and others, with a way to report potential violations of our Code, our policies or applicable law.

The Speak Up hotline is available worldwide on a 24/7 basis. Reports may be made in any language by phone (see above for applicable phone numbers) or by using this online portal.

Speak Up reports can be made on an anonymous basis; however you should provide as much detail as possible. You should contact Speak Up periodically, using the assigned case number, so that you can respond to requests for additional information.

Employee relations concerns. You should report individual work-related concerns, such as scheduling, pay, discipline, promotion, co-worker issues or local policies, directly to your supervisor, next level manager or Human Resources manager. When received by the Speak Up hotline, individual work-related concerns will be communicated to Human Resources to address as appropriate.

PepsiCo will protect the confidentiality of the matter reported and the reporting party to the extent possible in order to conduct a full and fair investigation, or as legally required by law.

PepsiCo prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of the Code or the law or cooperates in an investigation of a potential violation. Retaliation against an employee for reporting a concern in good faith is itself a serious violation of our Code and should be reported.
