The Business Conduct Line is a confidential resource employees have to seek guidance, raise a concern or ask a question around suspected ethics violations.

The Business Conduct Line is operated by an independent, third-party and has representatives available to take your online submission or call confidentially 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. Multi-lingual representatives are available; there may be a brief pause while the appropriate operator is placed on the line.

Inquiries and investigations are handled confidentially. The substance of your inquiry and/or your identity, if you choose to provide your name, is disclosed only on a strict need-to-know basis.

OUR POLICY OF NO RETALIATION

Cardinal Health will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass or in any other manner retaliate against an employee based on that employee raising a concern in good faith about any actual or suspected misconduct or other risks to the business. If you believe you have been retaliated against for providing such information, you should immediately contact the Ethics and Compliance, Human Resources or Legal departments or the Business Conduct Line.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

ASSISTANCE Your organization's ability to respond to your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. The best and easiest way to report your concerns is to call the hotline. A specially trained operator will confidentially document your concern for you and make sure all the important details are included.
INSTRUCTIONS When submitting a report please complete all screens of the Web Report Form and provide all required information - required fields are noted by an asterisk (*). No information will be transmitted until you click the submit button on the final review page.
