  • Employees
Employees are encouraged to report any conduct that they believe, in good faith, to be a breach of Jamestown’s policies. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are also welcome to use this hotline to ask for guidance related to policies and procedure and to providing suggestions and stories.

  • External Stakeholders
Persons other than employees, such as suppliers, customers and other partners involved with Jamestown, may report suspected violations using this webform.

You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Ethics or our other compliance policies and procedures, or violations of law.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential basis, and can be provided on an anonymous basis if you should choose. Upon calling the compliance hotline, you will be assisted by a specialist trained in interviewing and documenting information by telephone. Using the webform, you will be asked to enter information in the various fields as prompted and then to submit the entry. After providing as much information as possible, either on the phone or via the webform, you will receive an assigned report key. The report information will be relayed to the Chief Compliance Officer (or other compliance personnel as appropriate) for investigation. You can check back using the assigned report key to receive updates on the status of your report or to add more information to it.

Jamestown will promptly investigate all reports. Investigations will be as confidential as possible. Jamestown protects employees who raise concerns in good faith related to Jamestown’s Code of Ethics, other compliance policies or applicable law from any form of retaliation. Protection against retaliation is set forth in the Anti-Retaliation Policy.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
