We want you to feel comfortable in approaching any manager or supervisor in instances where you believe violations of law, regulations, policies or standards have occurred.  Casey’s has established an alternative reporting hotline to report any concerns that are not able to resolve through the normal chain of command, or when there is a need to report a concern outside of the chain of command or anonymously.  Casey’s confidential hotline is answered by a third-party and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  We understand that a person with concerns may prefer to report concerns anonymously; however, complete details are helpful to thoroughly investigate matters and enable Casey’s to reach the most appropriate resolution. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to identify yourself when voicing concerns without fear of retaliation. Retaliation in any form against anyone who reports, in good faith, a suspected or known violation of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or of law, or who assists in the investigation of a reported violation is strictly prohibited.
