We want you to feel comfortable in approaching any Leader in instances where you believe violations of law, regulations, policies, or standards have occurred. Casey’s maintains an alternative reporting hotline to report any concerns that are not able to be resolved through traditional avenues. Casey’s CARES Ethics Hotline is answered by a third-party and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We understand that a person with concerns may prefer to report concerns anonymously; however, complete details are helpful to thoroughly investigate matters and enable Casey’s to reach the most appropriate resolution. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to identify yourself when voicing concerns without fear of retaliation. Retaliation in any form against anyone who reports, in good faith, a suspected or known violation of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or of law, or who assists in the investigation of a reported violation is strictly prohibited.
