While laws and regulations vary in the countries we operate, all Travel + Leisure Co. associates and related parties must share certain fundamental principles around business conduct and ethics. These principles are defined in our Code of Conduct. Compliance with our Code is mandatory and expected.

However, all associates also have a responsibility to report any potential breaches of the Code of Conduct. Travel + Leisure Co. strives to provide associates a safe and reliable way to report information. Travel + Leisure Co. has a very clear policy of anti-retaliation and protection for anyone reporting a violation of the Code of Conduct in good faith.

We use an independent and objective company, EthicsPoint, to handle all reports. You may report information anonymously and/or confidentially. Associates in the EU will be asked their identity. The service is available in multiple languages, and reports can be made through the phone or website.

Remember, Travel + Leisure Co. cannot address an issue if we do not know about it.
