Our Commitment

News Corp is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Standards of Business Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. News Corp is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, their manager, Human Resources or the legal or compliance lead in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. In situations where you prefer to place a report in confidence, you are encouraged to use Alertline. The information you provide will be sent to us on a confidential basis and, if you should choose, you can also do so anonymously. However, keep in mind that anonymity may make it more difficult to investigate any allegation and in addition, some local laws may not allow employees to make anonymous allegations. If you do choose to share your identity, the Company will keep it confidential to the extent possible. Once submitted, all concerns are forwarded to specially trained individuals within News Corp who will promptly review, and, if necessary, investigate the report.
