Raise a Concern or Ask a Question
Our Commitment
Welcome to the confidential ethics helpline of Prudential Financial, Inc., which is operated by an independent third-party, NAVEX. This helpline is open to anyone who wants to share a concern or ask a question. Our commitment to high ethical standards and doing business the right way is the foundation of our culture. If you are an employee who is aware of or reasonably suspects any unethical or unlawful behavior or practice, violations of laws, regulations or any internal policies — including accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters — you are obligated to report this information promptly, consistent with the local laws of the country in which you work. Employees do not have to be certain that our code of conduct or a law or regulation has been violated before seeking assistance. Employees may choose to report anonymously where permitted by law, but are encouraged to provide sufficient information that will assist the Company’s review of the issue.
Our Policy Against Retaliation
Prudential will not engage in, nor tolerate retaliatory, threatening or harassing acts against any employee for reporting in good faith suspected unethical or illegal behaviors or practices. This protection also applies to anyone giving information related to an investigation. If you think that you, or another individual, have been retaliated against for raising a concern, you should contact Human Resources or call the Ethics Helpline immediately.
