Our Commitment

Moody’s success is built on our collective commitment to operating in an ethical and lawful manner to maintain the integrity of our business. Moody's Code of Business Conduct, sets forth the guiding principles designed to assist you in identifying and resolving troublesome issues, as well as advise you where to go for help and advice.

We believe that maintaining a culture where open dialogue is encouraged and supported leads to a more productive, cohesive and enjoyable work environment. As a result, Moody's supports open door communication and encourages you to attempt to resolve concerns, problems or issues that involve the work environment by holding frank discussions with your immediate supervisors or other senior managers. You also may reach out for guidance to a representative of the Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Legal departments.

If you would prefer to make a report to Moody’s Integrity Hotline, you are encouraged to do so. The Integrity Hotline, which is operated by a third party, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and offers services in more than 75 languages, including the languages spoken in each country in which Moody's has offices. You can even choose to make your report anonymously though providing your name may expedite the time it takes to review the issue and respond to your concern. Either way, the information you provide via the Integrity Hotline will be forwarded to Moody’s on a confidential basis for follow-up.

However you choose to report your concerns, you can be assured that Moody’s wants to hear them and will take them seriously.
