After you raise your concern, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

We maintain an Open-Door Policy, encouraging you to report concerns to your manager, the Human Resources or Legal Department or any member of the leadership team. If you feel like your concerns have not been or cannot be addressed at the local level, or you prefer to report a concern anonymously, you may also report through Chewy OpenBark, a program hosted by an independent third party. The Corporate Compliance Team will then review the confidential report and take action as appropriate with close cooperation of subject matter experts.
