The purpose of this page is to ensure that all individuals working on productions that will be distributed on Netflix have a channel to report safety, workplace or ethical concerns. It is our hope that individuals feel comfortable reporting any issues to production supervision; however, if for any reason you are not, we encourage you to use this hotline.
The hotline is provided by NAVEX and is available to production companies, their respective employees, crew members, talent, associated vendors, and other partners directly tied to a production. Web-based reports are free, confidential and may be made anonymously, where applicable.
Please be advised that it may take up to 24 hours for a response to a report submitted via the hotline. If this is an EMERGENCY, please immediately notify your department head, production leadership, production HR, safety consultant, or local authorities. Timely reporting is critical in addressing issues as well as preventing injuries or accidents. Remember that retaliation against any reporting party who raises a concern in good faith will not be tolerated.
