All GM salaried and hourly employees as well as contract workers play an important role in helping to cultivate a culture of unwavering commitment to and focus on product safety. In keeping with GM's values and its mission to continuously improve product safety, the company has established a Speak Up for Safety (SUFS) initiative.
As a reminder, the SUFS system is a way that employees and dealers can report their vehicle or product concerns so GM can quickly identify potential emerging safety issues. It is not intended to replace a visit to your GM dealer for service and repair or to waive diagnostic and repair fees.
