It is every employee's responsibility to protect the organization from unethical or improper actions by dealers, merchants, customers and vendors. The Company has established the Yellow Flag Reporting web site for reporting possible improper dealer, merchant, customer or vendor behavior. When submitting a Yellow Flag, you will first be asked to select the location in which the violation took place. Please make the correct selection as the Yellow Flag will be routed for investigation accordingly.
Unethical or improper actions by Deere employees should be reported to company management, or, as an alternative for confidential reporting, via the John Deere Compliance Hotline.
