The Foundation has partnered with EthicsPoint, an anonymous reporting service, to provide its employees a confidential way to report issues that raise ethical concerns. We expect all Foundation employees to maintain high ethical standards.

Our Commitment

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Employee Handbook (including our Values and Culture, Standards of Conduct, and Harassment Prevention Policy) contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

In line with our Values and Culture, the Foundation is committed to an environment of integrity and accountability, where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management, or someone in the Talent & Culture department in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations against policies and standards stated in our Employee Handbook. However, if you’re seeking guidance to understand policies and procedures, please contact Talent & Culture directly.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

To Make a Report

If you feel an employee of the Foundation has fallen short of these expectations, you have a number of options for voicing your concern. You may use any of the following methods to submit a report:

  1. Contact your manager, someone on the Talent & Culture team, or the President & CEO.
  2. Select the "Make a Report" link at the left of this web page.
  3. Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Within 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Your Report Key and Password will be needed to access updates on your case. Please retain both for your records. In the event these are lost you will need to resubmit your case.

We appreciate your commitment to our Values and Culture.
