City National Bank is committed to maintaining the highest standards of business ethics, integrity and compliance with the law. The Code of Conduct is designed to inform colleagues of our values and contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
All colleagues have a responsibility to seek guidance and raise concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, City National Bank policies and the law and we have a duty to report misconduct. The City National Bank Ethics Hotline is not intended to replace in person conversations and we encourage you to continue to raise potential ethical issues or concerns, general questions about our policies, and suggestions about how we can make our organization better with your manager or human resources business partner. However, we understand that there are circumstances that may arise where discussing an issue with a manager or other resource is uncomfortable or undesirable.
The City National Bank Ethics Hotline, hosted by our third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint, provides an alternative channel for you to communicate your concerns confidentially or anonymously, if you so choose.
When you use the City National Bank Ethics Hotline, reports will be reviewed and responded to in a timely and appropriate manner. By speaking up and raising concerns, we can all help protect our reputation and ensure we maintain the trust of our clients, colleagues and partners.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential or anonymous basis, if you should choose.
