The Kellanova Ethics Line

The Kellanova Ethics Line offers a confidential and anonymous way for employees, suppliers, contractors, and the general public to ask questions and report concerns about of potential violations to Kellanova Global Code of Ethics, policies and the law. Operated by an independent third-party, the Ethics Line is available 24/7 via telephone, internet or mobile app. By phone, the operator listens to concerns or inquiries and provides a written summary to our Office of Ethics and Compliance for investigation and further action, as appropriate.

Are you a Kellanova employee?

• We encourage you to speak up if you truly believe you see or suspect an activity may violate the Kellanova Global Code of Ethics, policies or the law. It may seem easier to say nothing or look the other way, but taking no action when action is required can have serious consequences.
• You can also discuss your concerns with your manager, HR, your local legal support; or send an email to the Office of Ethics & Compliance
• If you would rather remain anonymous, please use the Kellanova Ethics Line. Make sure to share as many details as possible.
