Report a Concern
Boise Cascade has an Open Door policy that encourages you to speak with your supervisor, local HR representative, or management about work-related issues, suggestions, or ideas.
You can also report any illegal, unsafe, unethical conduct or regulatory compliance concerns by contacting the Legal Department at 208-384-6460 or by emailing WalkTheTalk@bc.com.
If you don’t feel comfortable with these options, the Boise Cascade CARE Line is a risk-free way for you to report unethical or illegal activity any time of day or night. Start the report by completing the form below, or by calling 800-367-4611, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Reporting through CARE Line is confidential. A third-party vendor manages the reports and maintains the content on their secure server. While it helps with further investigation to know who is submitting the report, you can choose to be anonymous if you prefer.
After you complete your report, you will be given a report key and password. Make sure to record these and keep them in a safe place. You can use your report key and password to re-contact EthicsPoint to check your report for feedback or ask questions.
If you would like to receive an email of updates, responses, or follow-ups to your report, you may elect to provide a personal email address. Providing an email address isn’t required to make a report, and will not be included with your report, but enables you to receive notifications by email of updates or follow-ups to your report.
