After submitting your report, you will be assigned a "report key." Please write down the report key and a password of your choice and keep them in a safe place. You are encouraged to check back to review any updates and/or questions regarding your concern.

Reporting a concern
Reporting a concern related to ethical practices is an act of maintaining our commitment to integrity. We encourage all crew members to help protect our clients, crew and Vanguard by reporting concerns related to:
- Violations of Vanguard’s Code of Ethical Conduct.
- Concerns regarding financial integrity.
- Concerns regarding business integrity.
- Potential violations of policy, regulation, or other compliance matters.
- Concerns regarding information security and privacy.
- Concerns regarding workplace practices.
How to file a report:
Reports can be made by filing a report from this page, or by calling Vanguard’s Anonymous Reporting Hotline. A non-Vanguard representative
from our third-party, NAVEX is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week to ensure that our confidentiality and anonymity while filing a report. See NAVEX’s FAQs for more information.

What happens next?
After submitting your report, you will be assigned a "report key." You are encouraged to check back to review any updates and/or questions regarding your concern.
Next, the report be sent to the appropriate Vanguard personnel to review and to determine next steps. You will not speak to any Vanguard employee while filing a report.
