If I report a concern, will it be anonymous and confidential?

  • In some regions, anonymous reporting is not allowed by country guidelines
  • Cencora encourages you to provide your identity so that a confidential investigation can be thoroughly performed
  • Should you choose to identify yourself when making a report, be assured your identity will be treated as confidential and only shared to the extent required to conduct an effective investigation
  • All reporters are provided with a Report Key after they have submitted their concern, allowing for secure and confidential communications

Message from the CCO

As an ever-evolving and increasingly complex global organization, each of us has a shared responsibility to uphold the company’s commitment to accountability, integrity and honesty. You have a responsibility to speak up if you become aware of potential unethical behavior, wrongdoing, misconduct or actions in conflict with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or any Cencora Compliance Policy.

Our SpeakUp program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can report a concern online or via phone. The program is managed by a third party, called NAVEX, and allows you to report concerns or incidents anonymously, if permissible by country law.

Cencora is committed to our no retaliation policy, meaning that team members will not be adversely impacted for making a good faith report of potential wrongdoing.

Thank you for being a part of our compliant culture!

Jennifer Dubas, Chief Compliance Officer
