Nidec recommends that reports are submitted through the Global Reporting Channel (Nidec Global Compliance Hotline) where an independent investigator will review and provide oversight over your report. If you are unsure about which option to choose, please see explanation in the box to the right.
Where to submit my report?

There are two options to choose from when submitting a report from your location:

Global Reporting Channel (Nidec Global Compliance Hotline): Your report will be reviewed by an independent and experienced investigator who is part of the Nidec EMEA Regional Compliance Office*. This is the recommended option.

Local Reporting Channel: Your report will be routed to and handled directly by an appointed member of local management at your location. This implies that the Nidec EMEA Regional Compliance Office would not normally be involved in the investigation.

* The Nidec EMEA Regional Compliance Office is an independent body operating under the direction of Nidec Corporation's Board of Directors and Compliance Office. The Nidec EMEA Regional Compliance Office is responsible for the operation of the Nidec Global Compliance Hotline ('Compliance Hotline') in the Europe Middle East and Africa ('EMEA') region and for receiving and investigating reports to the Compliance Hotline in EMEA.
