Our Commitment

As we strive to be one of the world’s most trusted institutional fund managers, it’s how we do things that sets us apart.

• Prioritise investors – always acting in investor interests as a trusted advisor, we build long-term relationships.

• Achieve excellence – working together, taking ownership of our actions, and being open with feedback.

• Respect each other – valuing diversity and respecting each other’s time, we are thoughtful, positive and constructive.

• Inspire innovation – welcoming new ideas, we are open to change and look to challenge the status quo.

• Lead by example – we hold ourselves accountable, and make time for company and community activities.

As a growing, global company, we have tools and policies in place to help staff understand what we value as an organization, and ensure these values are upheld in every country in which we operate. Our commitment to integrity and compliance with the law is underpinned by our Code of Conduct and our Code of Ethics & Personal Trading Policy.

If you have reason to believe that IFM Investors’ employees, vendors or contractors are engaged in inappropriate, fraudulent, unethical or illegal behavior, we want you to speak up.

There are many ways to raise a concern and we do not tolerate retaliation against those who raise concerns. Employees can speak with a supervisor, a member of the Global Strategy Team, a member of our People & Culture team or a member of our Risk & Compliance team. You can also raise a matter through the IFM Investors Business Ethics Contact Line. You have the option to proceed anonymously, if you prefer. However, IFM Investors encourages you to identify yourself when reporting a concern to make the process of investigating and addressing your concern more efficient. All Contact Line submissions are received by an independent organisation and handled confidentially.

Thank you for your support in protecting our business and people from unethical behaviour and practices.
