Following up on concerns submitted to the Ethics Hotline will allow you to retrieve questions, answers, or status updates provided by your organization. To follow up on an existing concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your concern.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these concerns, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Within the new report, please mention that your new submission is related to the report you filed previously.
