RTD strives to create and maintain a community in which people are treated fairly and with respect. We must all act responsibly and respectfully and speak out if someone acts inappropriately. By working together, we can maintain a positive and productive work culture.
RTD’s Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement states that no one can be excluded from employment opportunities based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, genetic information, domestic violence status, disability status, veteran status, or marital status, or other protected class. If you experience or witness any conduct that could be a violation of our stated Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement, there are a number of ways to share concerns.
You can bring concerns to any member of your management team and they can refer your concerns to the Equal Employment Opportunity Office for you. You may also report violations by contacting the Equal Employment Opportunity Office directly at equalemp@RTD-denver.com or (303) 299.2111 (Option 3 for EEO)
We recognize, however, that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable filing a complaint in any of these ways. Our partnership with EthicsPoint allows you to report your concern directly or even anonymously through RTD’s EEO Compliance Line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
See the FAQs for more information.
