Minor grievances and common inquiries such as scheduling, job duties, and issues with a paycheck or W-2, must be reported to your theatre GM or TSC supervisor.

  • Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Confidentiality is a priority and all concerns will be handled discretely.
  • AMC strictly enforces zero tolerance for retaliation and will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or discriminate against any associate for lawful complaints made in good faith.
