Frequently asked questions about Teleflex’s Ethics Line
Q. What is the Teleflex Ethics Line?
The Ethics Line is Teleflex’s confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about actual or potential misconduct, violations of regulations, laws or policies, or Teleflex’s Code of Ethics
Q. May I remain anonymous?
Yes, if you request to remain anonymous when making your report or raising your concern, we will respect your request (unless prohibited by local law; be aware that some countries outside of the United States have laws that do not allow anonymous reporting).
Q. Who administers Teleflex’s Ethics Line, and is it available in multiple languages?
The Ethics Line is administered by an independent company (NAVEX), is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and can accommodate multiple languages
Q. Who else can I speak to if I have a question or concern?
Teleflex encourages speaking up through the channel with which you are most comfortable, whether that be the Ethics Line (web or telephone), your Supervisor, the Human Resources Department, Corporate Legal Department, Compliance Department, Internal Audit Department or the Ethics Line.
Q. What happens after I contact The Ethics Line?
Once you ask a question or raise a concern on the Ethics Line, via either phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on the report.
