In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are welcome to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories. Reports should be factual rather than speculative or emotional, and should contain as much information as possible to allow for a proper investigation.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and considered. The Company's Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise concerns within the organization without fear of reprisal. Under the terms of this policy, whistleblowers who report a violation of a law, a policy, or a Code of Ethics provision will not suffer harassment, retaliation or any adverse employment consequences. Any employee who retaliates against someone who makes a good faith report will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
