No Retaliation

To ensure that we live our value to “Do the Right Thing”, Maxeon encourages employees to say something if they see something that they believe may violate the law or Maxeon’s policies, including the Code of Conduct.

Maxeon has a strict policy of non-retaliation. This means you will not be subject to retaliation for any report of a suspected violation that is made in good faith, even if it later turns out to be factually incorrect. Doing the right thing also means that knowingly providing false or misleading information or abusing this Helpline will not be tolerated.

Our Commitment

Our Whistleblower Policy contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and in alignment with Maxeon’s values. Maxeon expects that our employees, and third parties working on Maxeon’s behalf, always do the right thing. This includes properly reporting and elevating concerns.

Maxeon is committed to creating and fostering an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe potential violations of policies or law have occurred.

Maxeon encourages you to submit reports relating to potential violations of our Whistleblower Policy, other Maxeon policies, or the law.

Maxeon takes all reports to this helpline seriously. The information you provide will be sent to Maxeon by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis, if you should choose. You have our commitment that your reports will be reviewed and taken seriously.
