You may use either of the following two methods to contact our Consumer Affairs staff:
B&G Foods has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with a simple, anonymous way to confidentially report activities that may involve improper conduct or violations of B&G Foods' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
This hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods. Consistent with B&G Foods' open door policy, B&G Foods strongly encourages employees to report concerns of misconduct through normal lines of communication.
Under normal conditions, if an employee has a job-related problem, question or complaint, it should be discussed with his or her supervisor. The simplest, quickest and most satisfactory solution often will be reached at this level.
In the rare case where it may not be appropriate to discuss an issue with your supervisor, or where you do not feel comfortable approaching your supervisor with your question, discuss it with your local office, facility or human resources department. If the matter still is not resolved satisfactorily, the employee may present the complaint to the Human Resources Department in Parsippany. Alternatively, employees may at any time make complaints or report perceived violations of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics anonymously through EthicsPoint.
Reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly. No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential breaches of B&G Foods' policies or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches.
Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention by B&G Foods with the objective of correcting the situation being reported, after the facts have been corroborated.
