Kohler Co. fairly examines every ethics concern. Confidentiality is respected, and you may even choose to remain anonymous, as allowed by local law. If you choose to identify yourself, your identity and information will only be shared on a “need-to-know” basis. Any retaliation against associates who raise concerns is strictly prohibited.

During the investigation process, Kohler Co. will:

1. Assign an internal independent investigator.
2. Determine the facts through interviews and/or review of documents.
3. Recommend corrective action, if necessary.
4. Provide the person who raised the original concern with feedback on the outcome.
