About the Viasat Values Line
Viasat is comprised of a family of entities including but not limited to our subsidiary RigNet, Inc. The Viasat Values Line is intended to be a resource for any employee or third party engaged with any family under the Viasat family of entities.
While laws and regulations vary in the countries we operate, all Viasat employees and related parties must share certain fundamental principles around workplace conduct and ethics. These foundational principles are defined in our Guide to Business Conduct and woven into our ViaGuide. Compliance with our policies is mandatory and expected.
Critically, all employees also have a responsibility to report any potential breaches of these principles. Viasat strives to provide employees a safe and reliable way to report information.
In addition to normal resources available for help, the Viasat Values Line (Viasat’s ethics and compliance hotline) is available to employees for requesting information or reporting concerns. If you would like, you may report information anonymously and confidentially. The service is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, through the phone or website, in languages to support our global workforce.
Viasat has a very clear policy of no-retaliation for anyone reporting a violation in good faith. All Viasat leadership, from management to the Board of Directors appreciate your input and feedback.
