Ask a Question

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I ask a question anonymously?

Yes. The Viasat Values Line is designed to protect your anonymity.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you need to ensure that the body of the report, or an uploaded attachment, does not accidentally reveal your identity. For example, avoid details of your location of work (“From my desk next to Joe Smith…”) or other specific information (“In my 16 years…”). If at any point, you would like to share your identity for any reason, you will have that option as well.

How do I get an answer to my question?

When you file a report at the Viasat Values Line website or through the Viasat Values Line Call Center, you receive a unique, randomized number called a “Report Key” and are asked to choose a password. You can return to the Viasat Values Line system again either by Internet or telephone and access the original report to add more detail or answer questions posed by a company representative. We strongly suggest that you return to the site in the time specified to answer company questions.

What types of questions can I ask here?

You can ask questions about any work-related matter including misconduct, abuse, fraud or any other concern in the workplace as it relates to violations of the ViaGuide, Guide to Business Conduct or similar guide.

Keep in mind, if you are comfortable, going to your People & Culture Business Partner or any People & Culture Business Partner, may be a more efficient way to address a particular question.

In addition, for general inquiries related to benefits, payroll or other similar P&C administrative matters, the Wiki Page is a great place to start.
