Who will see my question?

Your question will initially be collected by EthicsPoint, Oxy’s third party vendor selected to confidentially collect this information on Oxy’s behalf. EthicsPoint will then direct your question to Oxy’s Ethics & Compliance team members designated by the Chief Compliance Officer to confidentially review and determine the appropriate and prompt handling of your question.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes. You will be given a choice to remain anonymous or provide your contact information, and this choice will be preserved throughout the review process. Your contact information can help us to learn more about your question or concern, but we can also correspond with you through the Oxy’s Integrity Helpline after you have submitted your question. In all cases, your question will be handled confidentially, and anonymously, if preferred.
