How do I know where to direct my report?

Oxy has created a list of its operating locations and business segments. This information assists Oxy with determining the best Oxy person to confidentially review your report. If you do not recognize the options available, or you do not know what to select, please do your best to select from the fields provided. You will also have the opportunity to describe the matter within the report so you can clarify the incident location and any other details.

Who will see my report?

Your report will initially be collected by EthicsPoint, Oxy’s third party vendor selected to confidentially collect this information on Oxy’s behalf. EthicsPoint will then direct your report to Oxy’s Ethics & Compliance team members designated by the Chief Compliance Officer to confidentially review and determine the appropriate and prompt handling of your report.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes. You will be given a choice to remain anonymous or provide your contact information, and this choice will be preserved throughout the review process. Your contact information can help us to learn more about your concern if we have questions after reviewing your report, but we can also correspond with you through the Oxy’s Integrity Helpline after you have made your report. In all cases, your report will be handled confidentially, and anonymously, if preferred.
